1Sale is changing the face of online shopping by offering the absolute lowest prices on the items consumers truly want and need. Daily Deals, 1Sale Shops, and Sell-Offs
Daily Deals are sales that are posted at 12:00 AM (EST) and last for a 24 hour period, or while the quantity lasts. You snooze you lose. If it was a popular item, it just might be featured again….so stay tuned.
1Sale Shops are divided into five categories; Electronics, Home & Family, Watches, Jewelry, and Fashion. These shops feature some of 1Sale’s best sellers and hottest deals and will run until our stocks are depleted. Be sure to check back often for truly triumphant finds.
Sell offs feature a new deal every 30 minutes for 30 minutes, quantities are limited and these deals go fast.
I like today's deal - how do I get it?
Just click "Add to Cart” before the offer ends, and you will be redirected to the checkout page. If you are a first time customer, you will be asked to register an account, after which you can place your order.
What condition are products in?
Items listed on the site are either new, in original packaging or refurbished which allows for even greater savings. The item's condition can be found listed under the "Specs" section of the product page.
How is the List Price determined?
The List Value is a price that 1Sale.com found that the same or a comparable product would go for at other retailers. The List Value generally represents the prevailing price at retail, but doesn't indicate the lowest price available anywhere.
Are your products under warranty?
Most items sold on 1Sale are covered under a limited warranty. The exact length of the warranty can be found under the "Specs" section of the product page.

How do I redeem a voucher?
To redeem a voucher you must use the unique URL from the voucher provider; some of our previous partners for vouchers include Google Offers & KGB Deals. Usually the link is sent in an email upon purchase or can be found in the “my account” area of our partners site.
Once you're on the voucher redemption page, just select the number of the item you are trying to redeem and click continue. Paste in your voucher code to the box that says "Enter Your Voucher Code" & click redeem. Now, simply proceed through checkout as normal.
How long do I have to redeem a voucher?
Every voucher offer has a different expiration date. Typically the vouchers expire 30-45 days from when the offer went live on our partners’ site.
How can I find out why my voucher is invalid?
The most common cause for an “invalid Voucher” response is a slight difference in the way the code was entered. If you received an "invalid voucher" message, please copy & paste the code from our partners in order to ensure accuracy.
If you still get an error message your voucher has either been redeemed multiple times, or your voucher may be expired.
How can I tell if my voucher has been redeemed?
To see if a voucher has been redeemed look for an order confirmation in your email inbox. If you don't find one, try to redeem your voucher on our site. If it has been redeemed, you will see an error that says "Voucher already redeemed".

What payment options do I have?
We accept PayPal, American Express, Master Card, Visa and Discover. All payment methods require a U.S. billing address.
For your protection, your credit card number is safely transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault, and never stored on our servers. Your Credit Card/PayPal account will be charged immediately upon placing your order.
How can I check my order status?
You can log in to your 1Sale.com account and check your order history, where you can verify that your order went through. If it's not there, the order did not go through. If you see that funds were removed from your account, please allow 3-5 business days for the hold to be released.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the ability to change or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
Why do I have duplicate charges on my credit/debit card?
The most common cause of duplicate charges on a card will occur when clicking the "confirm" button more than once. If you see more than one charge on your card, check the ‘My Account’ section of our site. If you do not see more than one order listed under your account, the second charge is what is known as a "Verification Hold".
Most "Verification Holds", or AVS, occur when a bank or credit card company’s files list an old address on your account. When this happens, the bank often puts a hold on the card, which should be released within 3-5 business days.
How can I pay with my prepaid debit card?
Any payment method on our site requires a verified U.S. billing address. By default, most prepaid cards do not have an address associated with them. You must contact your card provider to add a verified address to your prepaid card. The number to call to associate your address with your card is typically located on the back of the card.

What are my shipping options?
While there is no current method to choose customized shipping options, 1Sale ships with UPS, UPS Mail Innovations, and UPS Surepost. Occasionally, we will use alternative options such as USPS or FedEx.
How long will it take to receive a shipment?
The amount of time it takes to ship an item can vary for each deal. The estimated shipping time can be found on the product page under "Shipping Info".
Once an order has been placed you will receive email confirmation containing the estimated shipping date, another email containing your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking numbers may take up to 72 hours to become active on the tracking site.
Can I combine multiple orders and pay only once for shipping?
Good news! With free shipping on all the goods on our site, there’s no need to worry about extra freight charges.
How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
If you'd like to use a ship to address that is different from you billing address, please use PayPal when processing your order.
Do you ship to an APO/FPO address?
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to APO and FPO addresses. We recommend looking into a third-party service that will provide you with a verified US address and handle the shipping of your items accordingly.
Where do you ship inside & outside the United States?
We're currently only shipping in to the immediate United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. This also means we do not ship internationally. We offer our sincerest apologies to all of our customers who are not covered by our shipping options.
My package is missing
Got home and your package was missing? Check with your neighbors and anyone who may have received the package on your behalf. If you cannot locate it, please contact our Customer Service department by using the Contact Us form on our site.
Claims for missing or damaged items must be received within 2 business days from the date of receipt.

What is your return policy?
If your product is defective within 21 days of receipt, please contact Customer Service for a return authorization (RMA). RMAs are required for all returns. When contacting Customer Service, please be sure to include the following:
- Order number
- The product you wish to return
- Reason for return (Please specify)
- All original packaging if the product has been opened
- Would you prefer a refund or an exchange (we cannot guarantee availability)
Products that are listed as Manufacturer Warranty Only under "Specs" require contacting the manufacturer. If the item is defective and still under warranty it cannot be returned.
How long does it take for a refund to show on my account?
Once a refund has been issued, you should see it reflected on your account within 3-5 business days.
